Elite Fitness Plus works with you as a whole, not just one facet. You can’t look at wellness without looking at nutrition and the Neuro-muscular system in addition to fitness.

We offer Private Coaching and intimate small group coaching ( or Elite functional integrated interval training) :

The human body is incredibly complex. We believe that our private coaching clients deserve the very best and that philosophy mandates that we hire and train the best. Our coaches are all university graduates with degrees in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or another related field and then go through our extensive internship process that can last as long as six months. Most “public” gyms have trainers that have nominal if any education and are then dropped straight in to the training environment. Don’t you deserve the best?
Even our small group sessions are designed to make sure that you have an experienced and caring professional watching you at all times. We never have more than 10 people in a class and usually we have 3-6 in each class. This is by design to make sure that you always have the correct posture and form to yield the highest amount of benefit.

Neurofeedback or EEG biofeedback is offered at Elite Fitness Plus. Neurofeedback is brain exercise. We let your brain see its own activity through a video display driven by your brain waves. This allows your brain to improve its own self regulated and ability to function over time. By improving brain function, we improve how our clients function in cognitive, emotional. and behavioral ways. Neurofeedback helps in the following areas: chronic pain, focus, sleep quality, headaches & migranes, anxiety, memory, PTSD, and concussions.

We offer nutritional counseling and are proud to offer dotfit supplements. We understand how hard it can be to stay on track and we work to teach you skills that will help you stick to a logical and science based program.
