Today is #NationalCaregiversDay honoring those who deliver a variety of services – from personal care to medical services for those requiring long-term care. We recognize with tremendous gratitude the dedication of all caregivers providing quality, compassionate care every day to our loved ones. On Sunday, April 30, The Twin Cities Jewish Community Alzheimer's Task Force will present the 4th Conference for Caregivers. This year's conference, “Keeping the Spirit Alive” will focus on those supporting a loved one with dementia. The mission of the conference is to provide a Jewish perspective to caregivers, family members, lay leaders, clergy and professionals by sharing practical approaches for caregiving, tactics to “take care of” the caregiver, plus educational and research updates about dementia. The conference is designed to support caregivers and let them know that they are not alone on their journey. Find more information and registration at: https://jfssp.org/keepingthespirit/
