Kizito, Inc. is owned and operated by Elizabeth Namusoke Kizito, who was born under a banana tree in Africa. Elizabeth’s father taught her the art and business of baking when she was just a little girl, and she brought that family tradition with her to America when she was 17. All the cookies and brownies Elizabeth sells are prepared by hand at her little bakery at 1398 Bardstown Road.
