Locals Espresso was established in 1997 when Robb and Carrie Westvang opened their first location in Marysville. Since then, they have opened locations in Stanwood and Seven Lakes. The owners of locals believe that consistently great drinks, great customer service and hiring great people have been the main keys to their success and repeat business.
