2017 WEDDING PACKAGE

All North Glade Inn weddings must purchase the complete weekend package. (We do not rent out the barn) You only pay for the exact number of guests and extra persons eating such as photographer, band, bartenders, DJ, etc. Your final count must be given to us two weeks before the reception. After purchasing the base package for 25 guests simply add $ per person to get your total price. Any changes to the Standard Wedding will change that number. No outside catering for the reception is permitted, however, you are responsible for the wedding cake or any dessert items. There is no charge for cutting the cake. We provide clear plastic plates and utencils but we do not serve the cake. Also, outside caterers may be used for your rehearsal dinner if it is held in the B&B.
We have a liquor license but the barn is not included so you are allowed to bring whatever alcohol you want. You are responsible for cooling (you provide ice) and serving (alcohol only). No glasses are included for the bar but can be rented through us. There is a refrigerator behind the bar and we have galvanized tubs and a cooler you can use. We can employ one or two bartenders if needed for $ per hour each. (You set the hours) If we hire your bartenders they do not need to be included in the Final Number. If you bring them, they must be included.
If you hold your rehearsal dinner in the B&B and wish to serve beer & wine, it must be purchased from us. We will not allow underage drinking, intoxicated guests or beer pong anywhere on the Venue.
Music must stop at 11:00 PM and the barn cleared no later than 11:45. The barn is then locked for the evening. The party can move to the B&B or fire pit.
The wedding party is responsible for decorating the barn which is not necessary but up to you. You can have access to the barn as early as Wednesday the week of your wedding. Your items must be neatly removed by Monday following your wedding.
A non-refundable (for any reason) booking fee of $ is required to secure your weekend. It will be returned to you following an inspection of the B&B rooms on the day after the wedding. $2, is required 30 days in advance and the balance is due on the day before your wedding. Payment can be cash, check or credit card. Any payments, except the booking fee, made with a credit card will be charged a 4% processing fee.

North Glade Inn for two nights, up to two people per room. There are 10 rooms and they all have one king size bed each. The three rooms downstairs can be accessed without climbing any stairs. Only the 3 downstairs rooms have sleeper sofas. Room #1 has a twin sleeper and rooms 2 & 3 have full size sleepers. (More than two persons in a room, add $ per extra person, per night). We do not have any portable beds, pack n plays, high chairs or booster seats. No maid service is provided the day of the wedding.
Breakfast is served, family or buffet style, at 9:00 (or a different time set by you) two mornings for 20 plus those who paid the extra $
Your final bill can be reduced by renting the rooms to your guests at whatever price you like. We've had weddings charge anywhere from zero to $ per night. You decide what to charge, we collect from them and take it off the Final Invoice.
Also included, use of the grounds for the ceremony and the barn for the reception.
Use of the fire pit for a bonfire. Please bring fold up chairs. The fire pit is located up behind the stone house and is there for you to use. We do not help. Wood for the fire pit is not included. If we have some, and we usually do, you are welcome to use it.

1. Setting up for ceremony - We place the benches (1 per each 5 guests) wherever on the property you want them. You arrange them and add any decorations.
For the reception, you set up the tables (1 per each 8 guests), place the chairs around them, and put on the table cloths and your center pieces. We put on the place settings and napkins.
