R. L. “Bob” Davidson founded Davidson Electric in Houston, Texas in 1951. The company was incorporated in 1978 shortly before Bob’s son, Greg Davidson, assumed operational control.
Greg Davidson started his electrical career in 1968 earning his Master Electrician License in 1978 for the city of Houston, 13 surrounding cities and with the State of Texas. In 1994 Greg’s son, Chris Davidson, began his career in the family business at 16 years of age earning his Master Electrician License in 2001. Chris has assumed operational as well as strategic control and is now serving as the company’s Vice President.
Davidson Electric has grown from humble roots of the early 50s into a thriving business today but we continue to stand firm in the core values that have served our customers for over 60 years.
