Among the first group of schools in North Carolina to receive a charter in 1996, we are situated in Chatham County, just off Highway 64 in Siler City. With 39 acres and a current 23,000 sq-ft-facility, we serve a diverse K-8 student population that has increased in size from 126 in 1997 to 315 in 2011. In 2008, we opened our Middle School in a new separate building, with a modern and well equipped gymnasium completed in 2010. Our brand new high school is opening in August 2013 beginning with 9th and 10th graders. We are partnering with Central Carolina Community College so that students will begin taking college level courses in their junior year of high school, and will have have the opportunity to graduate with 30 - 45 transferable college credits.
