Louisville continues to explore what it means to be a welcoming and compassionate city, and to live up to that title requires action from everyone. ‘An Evening with Americana’ will be an opportunity to highlight how we are striving to create a more compassionate city by recognizing local leaders as well as two companies for creating a welcoming workplace for the international population. There is a Tibetan saying, “Wherever you have friends that’s your country, and wherever you receive love, that’s your home.” We are in the home-making business, but we can’t do it without you.
