Founded by former President Donna Sabecky, Community Connections began with an employment services program and has grown tremendously over the years to now include: day habilitation services, employment services, life skills programs, school transition and specialized transportation. Through personalized case management with our dedicated staff and building on each individual’s strengths, we coordinate and arrange services to allow people to live as independently as possible in their community.
Throughout Southeastern Massachusetts, We serve over 750 people with 8 centers in: Fairhaven, Fall River, Wareham, Mashpee, Plymouth, Somerset, & South Yarmouth
