Premier Medical has long been a standard of Eye and ENT care in Mobile since the early 1900s. In September 2012, Premier Medical opened the Daphne office located at the Infirmary Eastern Shore just off of I-10. Dr. J. Ryan Turner is a board certified, fellowship trained ophthalmologist that has taken the lead role for the eye needs Baldwin County.
Dr. Turner is fellowship trained in Corneal procedures, LASIK, and complex cataract surgeries. He performs cataract surgery with standard and premium lenses, corneal transplant, DSEK, pterygium surgery, corneal resurfacing procedures, glaucoma laser surgery, LASIK and PRK. He also treats and manages dry eye, contact lens related problems, corneal ulcers and infection, uveitis, glaucoma, corneal scarring, eyelid lesions, and corneal abrasion or injuries and more.
Dr. Turner's goal is to provide unparalleled eye care for the residence in and around Baldwin County. The office staff pride themselves on being available and conducting themselves with integrity. When deciding on treatment for your eyes, one must be educated about the process, and Dr. Turner is passionate about patient education and an ethical, fully-informed decision-making process.
Dr. Turner only sees patients in Baldwin County. He is in the Daphne office Mon, Wed, and Friday. He sees patients Tuesday in Fairhope, and he operates in both Daphne and Mobile on Thursday mornings.
