The London Free Open Pushing Hands Session is a free tai chi pushing hands (tui shou) session, held EVERY Saturday morning at the beautiful setting of Hampstead Heath's Parliament Hill Bandstand from 8am to 11am.
The sessions were started, and are led, by Barry McGinlay of Tai Chi Life School and the Longfei Taijiquan Association of Great Britain.
The sessions are non-style-based and open to everyone, including teachers who would like to share their knowledge.
The London Free Open Pushing Hands Session began taking shape in early 2010 and was officially advertised on the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain's website in August 2010.
