JDS Industries, Inc. is a family owned company founded in 1973 by Darwin and Jane Sletten. Scott Sletten, their son, is now the owner of JDS and is the President and CEO of the company. JDS is one of the largest suppliers of awards components in the world.
Our centralized call center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota handles all customer service related issues. The call center is open from 7am – 7pm CST. The JDS customer service team is known industry-wide for their knowledge, friendliness, efficiency and professionalism. JDS Industries, Inc. publishes a new components catalog once every year. Our catalog includes more than 14,000 products stocked in all 14 warehouses! Plus, as a leader in new product development, we are famous for having hundreds of new products in our catalog year after year. We are also known industry-wide for our great service and we have been recognized with many national and international service awards. We also publish a catalog that is dedicated to sublimation.

We believe in maintaining a high level of communication with our customers. We accomplish that through mailings of full color brochures including current specials and new products. In addition, we share information with our customers by email and through our website You will also see our products in various articles and advertisements in publications such as Insights, Awards and Engraving Magazine, Signs of the Times and other trade publications.

JDS also has several retail catalogs and brochures available, for our customers to purchase, to help them sell more products. These have proven to be effective sales tools for awards and recognition dealers. All of the completed products in these catalogs and brochures are also shown on the corresponding web sites.
