Since 1964, Vibro/Dynamics® Corporation has been providing solutions for vibration and shock control problems. Products include elastomer isolators, steel coil spring mounts, and isolation pad systems.
Elastomeric Isolators and Press Mounts, with load capacities to 500 metric tons, are available with vertical leveling screw, adjustable wedge, or shim leveling configurations. Primary applications are for stamping presses, forging presses, die cast machines, machine tools, plastic injection molders, and other industrial machinery.
Viscous and Material Damped Spring Isolators are available with load capacities to 160 metric tons for punch press, forging hammer, and isolated foundation applications. Open, restrained, and housed spring mounts are available for Seismic, HVAC, Construction, and Power Generation Applications.
MRM™ Elastomeric Isolation Elements and VPS™ Isolation Pad Systems are specifically designed for forging hammers and presses. Custom isolation pad materials are available for all types of equipment and foundation isolation.
