Off 'N Running Tours is a race direction and management company, directing 5K ( mile) runs and walks for private conventions and sales meetings nation wide, as well as public races in Southern California.
A 5k Fun Run & Walk is an event for all; race to win or simply walk the course. This is a great way to highlight your brand, promote good health and build fellowship outside the conventions.
In 2013, the 5K maintained the #1 position of all race distances with million finishers, growing each year.
In 2014 themed runs became very popular. We can offer themed runs that fit with your convention, fun runs, team runs with pounds of people, donut runs, ugly sweater, high heel shoe runs, pajama runs, etc. People enjoy the experience of the event. They are always for fun, untimed, and, most importantly promoting health and a really good time.
Road Race Demographics The sweet spot of running event participation continues to fall between the ages of 25 and 44 for both genders (57% for women and 48% for men), and overall last year, 53% of all finishers came from between said age of men and women ages 45-54; 8% of men and women ages 55 – 64; and 2% 65 plus.
