The Kalispell Athletic Club is a multi-purpose recreational facility, which includes a co-ed weight room, Ladies Only Gym, and a co-ed cardiovascular room. The weight room is surrounded by a walking/running track. There is a separate Spinning room that contains state of the art spin bikes and the Life Circuit computerized 12 piece work out system.
We have 3 racquetball courts, one of which converts into a basketball court, another a wally ball court, an exercise/therapy pool, hot tub, dry sauna and a steam room, a snack/lunch bar, a pro-shop, physical therapy, massage, and 2 tanning beds.
Our private Women's Only Gym offers a complete workout with strength training and Cardio machines in a secluded Ladies Only environment.
We also feature over 20 hours a week of Aerobic Classes from Abs to Zumba.
