In order to keep the conversation on our social media channels educational, helpful, and focused on marketing, ReachLocal regularly engages via our Facebook pages and strives to keep conversations here productive and helpful to our entire community.

In striving to ensure this is a safe and positive place to explore local marketing, ReachLocal reserves the right to monitor and moderate the conversation on our company Facebook page. This includes but is not limited to all posts, comments, articles, videos, and inquiries shared on our page, posts, or users’ posts. Comments that contain the following will be deleted:

1. Comments with discriminatory, abusive, harassing language and that are vulgar, offensive, or threatening in nature
2. Intellectual property and copyrights not owned by the poster
3. Content that is off-topic, includes repetitive commentary, or is “spam”
4. Comments from the press, industry analysts, stockholders, or the financial community
