Employees at Bastrop ISD's Service Center collected and delivered 25 cases of bottled water, Gatorade, and Powerade to the Bastrop Fire Department. Chief Mark Wobus says bottled water and sports drinks are crucial to firefighters during the hot and dry season. Our firefighters do so much to keep our community and our schools safe, and this is just one small way we can say thank you. Time is running out to sign up for the Bully or Buddy class. This class is a bully prevention course taught by an instructor from a company called Abuse is Real. The class is built around an art project and students choose the media they would like to use. The deadline to enroll is *THIS* Monday.
