After working in the plumbing and heating industry for over 20 years, Jim and Nancy Patterson made the decision to open their own company at the advice of many of the customers that Jim had been serving as an employee of another company in Pueblo.
Patterson Plumbing & Heating enjoyed steady growth during the early years and expanded their workforce to meet the needs of Pueblo, Colorado area customers. Jim and Nancy's sons, Jeff and Rick Patterson, came to work for the family business and were taught the same high standards of customer service their father practiced.
Jim and Nancy Patterson retired from the daily operations of the business in 2000, leaving Jeff and Rick to manage and grow the family business. They deliver a very high level of customer service, a concept they call "knock your socks off service" to help propel the business into the future.
Jeff and Rick Patterson formally took over the business from their parents in January of 2004 and look forward to serving Pueblo, Colorado customers as they keep raising the bar on their competition and provide a higher level of service for their customers, the people who matter most.
