Founded in 1980, The Belmont Athletic Club continues to be at the forefront of Long Beach-area athletic clubs. We offer a full-service, friendly environment where you can achieve your fitness goals. Our ongoing programs and social activities bring members together and help to create lasting friendships- a true community club.
We offer professional training, a wide range of group exercise classes and four racquetball courts where members can participate in league, tournaments or open play.
All of our personal trainers are Ortho-Kinetics certified, have obtained a 4 year degree in a fitness discipline and/or at least one accredited certification program. Our Ortho-Kinetics system is designed to "Test, Design & Train," customizing each training session specifically for you.
We also offer acupuncture, massage therapy, steam rooms, saunas and whirlpools for your enjoyment.
