Geyermans first opened in 1852 in Shakopee, Minnesota as a general mercantile store. As the years went by, Geyermans transitioned into a well known and well respected women's clothing store. Geyermans remained in the Geyerman family until November of 2005. At that time, the store in downtown Pipestone, Minnesota was purchased by Patty Sasker and Tammy Gorter. Geyermans Clothing Co. was then born.
In September of 2007, Geyermans Clothing Co. expanded and opened a store in an original Geyermans location in downtown Mitchell, South Dakota.
In 2013, Geyermans Clothing Co. in Pipestone expanded into the True Value building next door to create a one-stop-shop for the entire family. This one location now has a full gift store, mens & women's clothing store all in one location. Tux rental is available.
September of 2014 Geyermans Clothing Co. expanded one last time to Sauk Centre, MN. This store is located on main street and carries clothing for men & women Tux rental is also available.
