The K12 Gallery & TEJAS Community Arts Center is a vibrant, nonprofit arts organization located in the heart of downtown Dayton. K12 Gallery for Young People is in its 19th year of operation and has served countless young artists and individuals in the community since 1994. TEJAS, funded in large part by Ron and Janet Schuff, was opened in February of 2010. The addition of TEJAS provides our community arts organization with a variety of new teen and adult programs, such as adult classes and workshops, community partnerships, innovative professional exhibitions, expanded public art projects and The Regional Scholastic Art Awards. With the help of our board president, Walt Hoy, we purchased a new 25,000 sq. foot building in the Fall of 2013. We have several stages of development and are thankful for the public support to help our non profit arts organization to continue to grow and impact the community!
