Dr. Long grew up in Seattle before attending the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California. After graduating in 1980, he moved with his young family to Manzanita, Oregon, where he opened his first dental practice. In 1986 he broadened his base of operations by opening an office in Tillamook. This quickly became his home office.
In 1990 he moved into a new facility with all the amenities of a progressive dental practice. He continues to serve the dental needs of the entire county. Some patients who have moved away continue to come regularly for dental care from distances such as Portland, California, and even Alaska. He has a following of loyal patients who value the quality of dentistry he is known for.
Some patients describe Dr. Long as meticulous to detail, warm and caring, good with children, reassuring, gentle, attentive to the unique needs of the elderly, and skilled in meeting the dental needs of the entire family. He and his wife, Sue, have seven children, two grandsons, and two granddaughters.
Dr. Lee Long regularly attends current and progressive dental education courses and utilizes the most revolutionary technology in order to provide his patients with sustainable comfort and smiles they can be proud of. He is committed to providing 'exceptional dentistry with extraordinary service.'
