Motivational Quote of the Week: “Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me.” -Carol Burnett One of the best life lessons in martial arts is learning to rely yourself to dictate where your life will go. Throughout a martial artist’s journey to earn their black belt, they slowly gain the confidence and witness personal evidence that they can rely on themselves. Empowering yourself with accomplishments and facing your worst fears you’ll gain tremendous confidence. The more confidence you gain in your own capabilities will give you more opportunities in life. It’s extremely important that we continue to push ourselves constantly, otherwise we’ll reach a plateau and stay there. By completing our goals we must continue aiming higher and pursue even bigger goals than before. Just remember you possess all the power you need to achieve your goals, you just have to get it done with action. #motivation #inspiration #getmotiavted #beinspired #quote #change #livelife #lifeisgood
