Robert Allen started building swimming pools in 1973 in Valdosta, Georgia. He later established his own company, Alco Pools, in Clovis, New Mexico in 1976. Under Alco Pools Robert constructed shotcrete and vinyl liner pools in New Mexico and West Texas through 1994. Robert Allen's Alco Pools was selected as the number one pool builder in the Southwestern United States in 1989 by Fox Pool Corporation. Robert Allen as Alco Pools was later selected as one of the top 100 pool builders in the United States by Aqua Magazine in 1992.
Robert Allen Pools and Spas was established in Reno, Nevada in 1995. Robert Allen Pools and Spas is a family owned and operated company, dedicted to quality, service, and integrity. The company is fully licensed, bonded and insured in Nevada and California (NV Lic. # 41091c) (CA Lic. #950982 ) and a 15-year member of the Better Business Bureau.
