Wonderful to welcome friends John Arico and Alan Chacon, who drove from Manchester, NH to join Bangkok Cafe founder and manager Danny (Raungdet Titisuttikul) and Todd Glickman for lunch!

The parking lot construction is done! We have blacktop! And lines! Bangkok Cafe is open! And when you visit, please remember to congratulate Danny on the 25th anniversary of his restaurant. COME HUNGRY — LEAVE HAPPY!

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The landlord's contractor has once again required us to close for Monday, October 2 and Tuesday, October 3 so that the paving and striping of the parking lot may be completed. Bangkok Cafe will resume normal hours on Wednesday, October 4. Thank you for your continued understanding! We look forward to having a nice new parking lot, and to seeing you soon.

In early 1992, Bangkok Cafe founder/manager Danny (Raungdet Titisuttikul) came to agreement with the then-owner of FoxField Plaza to open a small family-style Thai restaurant in an empty space formerly occupied by a breakfast restaurant. Bangkok Cafe opened 25 years ago this week! For 24 of those years, he welcomed you to that original location, serving healthy and delicious Thai food. Some of his original customers still join us, bringing their children and grandchildren! Last year, FoxField Plaza was sold to a new owner, and it is now being transformed into Forbes Crossing. In February of this year, Bangkok Cafe moved to its new, larger location across the parking lot. For the past seven months, we have been delighted to welcome old customers and new ones to enjoy our expanded menu of food and drink. And over the next few months, the surrounding construction will finally conclude, resulting in a modern plaza with a hotel, new stores, an expanded parking lot, and direct access to Route 140. So as we celebrate our 25th anniversary this week, on behalf of Danny, Phong, Bobby, Yui, Mai, Rainbow, Pla, Somvang, and Danny's partner Todd, we thank you for your loyalty and patronage for a quarter of a century, and look forward to many more years of serving you: "Come Hungry -- Leave Happy!"
