Tennessee’s District Attorneys (DAs) each represent one of the 32 judicial districts and are responsible for upholding the state’s commitment to justice. Our DAs are elected for terms of eight years and oversee the prosecution of criminal cases on behalf of the state. This page is maintained in conjunction with the Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference.
