To provide chemically dependent individuals a structured, safe, and homelike environment where self-realization and honesty are encouraged and reinforced. allow residents to maintain and become comfortable with a drug and alcohol free lifestyle in a recovery oriented community. 3. To encourage residents to assume financial responsibility by finding and maintaining employment and paying for their own needs. 4. To provide an environment conducive to learning and practicing new coping skills. To help residents to develop self-esteem and acceptance. Assist residents to reestablish family and social relationships. educate the residents and their families about addiction, its effects, and recovery from it. 6. To reintegrate residents into society as acceptable, responsible, and productive members.
