MSS has a 65-year history of service to the Twin Cities community. Since its inception in 1949 as United Cerebral Palsy of Saint Paul, we have been committed to supporting adults with disabilities and their families in meeting the challenges of vocational education, employment and community access.
We have grown over the years from a small storefront on Saint Paul’s east side to six locations, serving more than 650 individuals each year. We remain focused on meeting the individual needs and aspirations of each person we serve.
Our vision is that through the advocacy and person-centered services provided by MSS, our clients will be regarded as full, vital and contributing members of society. To this end, we never stop looking for ways to improve the quality of our programs. Our customer service philosophy is to hire the most qualified and committed staff, listen closely to our stakeholders, and strive to always be one step ahead of your expectations.
