How to Rent To rent a unit or parking space at any of our locations, you will need to come by our business rental office. We are located across the street from the Dekalb County Courthouse at 213 Grand Ave. , Fort Payne, AL. We are located in the same building with Wilson Realty and Sam Construction. We are open from 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday (except holidays).
Things you’ll need: Valid driver’s license or government issued photo
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
You will need to furnish your own padlock. We recommend a round disc lock or a heavy grade standard padlock. We do not sell padlocks, but you can buy one at stores such as Wal-Mart or Lowes.
