Dr. Kelley is a member in good standing of the National Glaucoma Society, the AOA section of Low Vision Rehabilitation and Cornea/Contact Lens, as well as the Wisconsin Optometric Association. In addition, we offer a wide variety of glasses from budget friendly to the latest in designer frames. We are direct in-network providers for most vision insurance plans including VSP, Tricare, Block Vision, EyeMed, Vision Insurance Plan of America, Davis Vision, NVA, Optum Health Vision Plan, etc. We accept most medical insurance plans such as Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna, Humana, Community Connect Health Plan, etc. We also accept Care Credit card services.
