Swanton Welding & Machining was started in 1956 by George Kern. Mainly servicing the local farming community, George never realized what the future would hold. In 1985, Swanton Welding was purchased by George's Son-in-law, Norm Zeiter.
Under his leadership, we have grown from a small welding shop to one of Ohio's largest metal fabricators, while servicing customers all over the globe.
Our goal is to become the most diversified specialty steel fabricating company in the United States. We are truly dedicated to the production of high quality custom metal fabrication with on-time delivery that meets or exceeds our customer's satisfaction.
