We are well experienced in commercial A/C, (RTU's, splits, gas pac, geothermal), Refrigeration, (cold storage and point of use), and we install and service ice making equipment up to five thousand lbs. per twenty four hours with or without auger dispensers. We currently service many non centrifugal chilled water systems (recip's and screws) up to about 130 tons. Most of them are process chillers for the citrus industry, in the 20 to 45 ton range.

We also own a the DUCTZ franchise for Polk, Hardee, and Highlands Counties. ( ) We do all types of duct cleaning and removal of biological growth from most surfaces using patented procedures. All processes are EPA and NADCA protocol using only EPA-registered biocides when needed.

Our Service Technicians are highly qualified and trained in maintaining all HVAC systems, commercial ice machines and refrigeration equipment. Our on-going training programs result in technicians and management with a variety of Certifications including EPA Section 608 Universal, Lead Safety for Renovation; BPI Building Analysis; BPI Envelope; NADCA Certified Ventilation Inspector and Air Systems Cleaning Specialist.
