Founded in 2010 by Ms. Donna Agnew and an army of volunteers, Hands Up! brings education to under-served families in Jackson, TN. Mr. Matt, the current Executive Director, welcomes you to join Hands Up! in the effort to provide a high-quality education to every child in our community.
