Tyrone is an 18-hole course that is enjoyable for all and challenging enough for the seasoned golfer. The course is kept in great condition throughout the summer and is a fun and challenging golf experience.
Designed in 1960 by W. Bruce Matthews III, ASGCA, Tyrone Hills shares its lineage with other beautiful and challenging courses throughout Michigan and the United States. All Matthews courses use natural environments to create an outdoor experience not often found on other courses. Tyrone relies on wildlife, water, trees, bunkers, hazards and good pin placements to enhance your golfing skills while offering an enjoyable time for novice players. Open from late March through October, Tyrone Hills is a great golfing experience and one that is well worth the drive.
