Petroleum Marketers Oil Company, LLC also known as PMOCO is a Delaware limited liability company, of which PMAA currently is the sole owner.
PMAA, also known as the Petroleum Marketers Association of America is a federation of 46 state and regional trade associations representing approximately 8,000 independent petroleum marketers nationwide.
PMOCO is run by a nine member Management Committee comprised of seven petroleum marketers, one executive director of a PMAA member association, and the PMOCO President. PMOCO, LLC was formed by the PMAA Board of Directors with the directive that the company offer products and services to marketers at the lowest possible prices. PMOCO launched the Spirit brand in 2002.
Spirit is a petroleum brand available in states from coast to coast, including Alaska and Hawaii.
