Founded in 1989, The Midland Group was formed from a desire to help patients who could not afford their healthcare expenses. Over the years, we have partnered with healthcare providers to help patients access healthcare services and pay their bills through public benefits assistance, disability services and managed payment plans. Today, Midland is owned by the Independence Charitable Trust (ITC), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and our success directly benefits ITC to provide grants to other charitable organizations.
