https://t.co/sCZBAvus8C NEW! Harwich Health Center newsletter with specials and information to help you live better, happier, healthier!

Hello everyone. I would like welcome my new subscribers to the page. And I invite your comments and feedback as I offer useful advice on health and wellness. As a chiropractor I primarily focus on relieving areas of the spine and extremities of restricted motion which may be resulting in pain, lack of motion or dysfunction. Dysfunctional vertebrae can cause many ailments and disruptions in your life due to their impact on your nervous system. That being said, health is not only having a nervous system that is free from interference. Diet is a key component. I have several friends and relatives who have been keeping peanuts and other healthy nuts and legumes out of their children's diets because of nut allergies. This article is worth sharing as it is backed up by new research and contains information that can not only keep our young loved ones safer in the food world but also give them back the opportunity to eat more nutritious foods. A note of warning: read the article thoroughly and proceed with caution when practicing the suggestions here. As any good doctor knows, first do no harm. Yours in health. Dr. Paul Paul A. Anastasio.
Research suggests early exposure to peanuts may cut the risk of developing an allergy, while strict avoidance actually heightens the risk.

Happy and healthy new year everyone! As with every January 1 there is the feeling of renewal. Starting fresh. With the hopes of a better year ahead. With global outlooks such as they are it is possible to feel discouraged and ineffective, depressed by uncertainty and uninspired to move. The best defense against this apathy is to take the next, smallest step to better yourself and the world. Sometimes that is literally to go for a walk! Feeling good about yourself is the first step in feeling good towards others. No matter what happens globally this year, what will effect us personally is happening right here, in our town, among our family and friends. Make your future brighter by helping folks here in town. Personally my goal is to be more available to you when you need my services and do whatever I can to make you better. We are in this together. And together may we all share a very happy and healthy new year. Best, Dr. Paul Anastasio

Happy life, healthy heart? We used to call it "Positive Mental Attitude." After reading this article I feel we need to revisit PMA and give it the attention it deserves.
Your heart contains neurons, similar to those in our brain -- your heart and brain are actually closely connected, creating a symbiotic emotional whole.
