Project progress is monitored in Project Link™ and on a regular basis by senior management personnel to ensure the job remains on schedule. To promote effective communication between the project team and Controls Link Inc. clients, Controls Link Inc. utilizes the latest communication technologies including e-mail, voice-mail, mobile phones, fax, and video conferencing all wrapped into the project documentation on Controls Link Inc.’s own Project Link™ .

Controls Link Inc. maintains an in-house Quality Management System (QMS) that utilizes principles found in the quality programs of many of our manufacturing clients. Our QMS system provides the framework through which Controls Link Inc. can guarantee contractual and technical compliance on each and every project. This includes regular QMRs, or Quality Management Reports, during all phases of a project.
