Specialties of the gallery span the course of American fine art printmaking: Town & Bird’s-eye Views, Historical, Maritime, Western, and Sporting. Among the Natural History prints are original plates from John James Audubon’s masterpiece, "Birds of America." Rare and important pieces of cartography are offered in the antique map department. Early 20th-century American master works, including Edward Hopper, Martin Lewis and George Bellows, represent a landmark period of modern American art. The Old Print Shop also represents over seventy Contemporary Artists who continue the tradition of printmaking as a unique art form.
