You do not have to be a member of Brookfield to rent the clubhouse although members receive a discount on clubhouse rentals. A deposit of $300 is due with the rental fee at the time of reservation. There are several rental options:
Clubhouse Only: Which rents for $55/hour for non members and $45/hour for Brookfield Swim Club members. A minimum of 3 hour rental is required unless it is a recurring event - please contact the clubhouse manager at clubhouse@ for more information.
Clubhouse with Pool Use: Available to members only. Contact clubhouse@ for more information.
