The Tri-County Humane Society is central Minnesota's indpendent, nonprofit animal shelter. In an average year, over 3,500 animals find shelter, saftey, veterinary care, and lots of love at TCHS until they find their forever home.

IF YOU HAVE AN ANIMAL TO BRING TO THE SHELTER: Please call first, it helps us make sure we have space available and can give the animal the time and attention it needs to adjust to being in the shelter.
IF YOU HAVE FOUND A STRAY ANIMAL: Please call the shelter or your local city/municipality to determine where the animal goes, not all stray pets come to TCHS.
TCHS cannot accept injured or orphaned wildlife, but if you call, we'd be happy to get you in contact with a licensed wildlife rehabilitator.
