However, we will review all comments and will remove any that are inappropriate or offensive. We will leave what you share that relates to the subjects covered on this Page. Please understand that comments posted to this Page do not represent the opinions of IGS Energy or its affiliates or employees. We may change the House Rules from time to time, and those changes will be effective upon posting. The IGS Facebook page is intended to provide a place for fans of IGS to discuss IGS and its services, products, and promotions. All comments, visuals, videos, and other type of material posted by fans on this site ("User Content") do not necessarily reflect the opinions or ideals of IGS, its employees, or affiliates. IGS (a) does not represent or warrant the accuracy of any statement or product claims made here, (b) is not responsible for any User Content on this site, and (c) does not endorse any opinions expressed on this fan page.

All users must comply with Facebook's Terms of Use and these House Rules and IGS ’s Terms of Use found at IGS does not monitor every posting of User Content on the IGS Facebook Page. IGS expects, however, that users will not post any materials that fall into any of the following categories, and IGS may remove any materials that:

• Contain any false, inaccurate, deceptive or misleading material.
• Are spamming in nature, commercial solicitations or solicitations of donations.
• Are link baiting (embedding a link in your post to draw traffic to your own site).
• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
• Constitute trolling or deliberate disruption of discussion.

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, licenses, or third party rights.
• Are offensive, hateful, harmful, threatening, infringing, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise offensive or hateful as to religion, gender, nationality, or political beliefs or otherwise offensive or hateful.
• Facilitate illegal activity.
• Depict sexually explicit images.
• Promote violence.
• Are discriminatory based on race, gender, color, religious belief, sexual orientation and/or disability.
• Cause damage or injury to any person or property.
• Interfere in any way with the proper working of the IGS Page.

IGS has the right to remove any User Content for any reason and without explanation. IGS may remove User Content if IGS believes it does not comply with the IGS House Rules. Please note that IGS may report possible offences to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with such authorities by disclosing your identity to them, as required by law. IGS also reserves the right to disclose your identity to a third party claiming that the User Content posted or uploaded by you to the IGS Pages violates their intellectual property rights or data protection rights.
You agree to indemnify IGS against all actions resulting from User Content that you have uploaded or otherwise provided to the IGS Pages that infringe upon the (intellectual property or privacy) rights of any third party or that is otherwise unlawful towards a third party.

Intellectual Property:

Unless indicated otherwise, all intellectual property rights to the IGS Pages and the IGS Content are owned by IGS. If you post or upload User Content on the IGS Pages or send User Content to IGS by email or otherwise, you allow IGS to use, copy, and/or commercially exploit such User Content free of charge. IGS shall not be bound by any confidentiality obligation with respect to User Content.

IGS Content:

IGS provides the IGS Pages for you to interact with IGS and other users, and to provide you with information about IGS, its services, products, and promotions. IGS makes every effort to provide you with content that is accurate, up to date, and complete. All IGS Content is provided for your information "as is" and IGS does not accept any responsibility for any loss, injury, or inconvenience resulting from IGS Content or User Content. Likewise, IGS does not take responsibility or assume liability for damages resulting from the use of electronic means of communication, including damages resulting from the failure or delay in delivery of electronic communications, interception, or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for electronic communications and transmission of viruses.

Contest, Promotion & Sweepstake Rules:

IGS may organize contests, promotions, and sweepstakes (“Promotion(s)”) on the IGS Pages. Facebook is not associated with, nor sponsors, endorses, or administers Promotions. The following IGS Promotion rules apply to all IGS Promotions. Please note that additional, specific rules apply to each Promotion regarding the start and closing dates of the Promotion and/or registration, overview of prizes (including the value), number and dates of draws and/or selection of winners, selection process, and information on communication with winners. Those specific IGS Promotion rules will be set out in the registration form, the IGS website, or elsewhere to participate in the respective IGS Promotion. These rules apply unless otherwise specified:

1) Promotions are made available via an application on the IGS Pages or elsewhere. This application contains a registration form, which requires you to provide personal information, such as your Facebook username and your email address, in order for you to take part in the IGS Promotion.
2) Please read the specific IGS Promotion rules carefully. Your registration for an IGS Promotion is complete after agreeing to the IGS House Rules, these (general) Promotion rules, and any additional or specific Promotion rules applicable to the Promotion you are registering for.
3) Purchase of IGS products or services is not required to participate in an IGS Promotion. Unless otherwise specified, Participation is free of charge and open: (a) to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Participation is void for residents of states where participation is prohibited.
4) The content that you upload or provide to IGS for the purpose of participating in the Promotion is regarded as User Content, to which these IGS House Rules apply.
5) The IGS Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that you provide to IGS for the purpose of participating in a Promotion. You also agree that IGS and its affiliates may contact you about the Promotion you participated in.
6) Promotion prizes awarded are awarded by IGS at IGS’ sole discretion. Promotion prizes may not be exchanged for money.
7) If you fail to comply with any of the specific or general Promotion rules, you will be disqualified from taking part in the Promotion.
8) You cannot hold IGS, its affiliates, or employees (or any third party acting with on behalf of IGS in relation to Promotions) or Facebook liable for any loss, injury, or inconvenience resulting from participating in a IGS Promotion or (use of) any prize awarded.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

These IGS House Rules shall be exclusively governed by Ohio, USA law. All disputes arising in connection with these IGS House Rules, including but not limited to disputes concerning the existence and validity thereof, shall be resolved by the competent courts in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
