The United Way of Armstrong County is reaching out to you as we strive to reach our campaign goal of $100,000. In these tough economic times, the need has never been greater. You can help us with corporate donations, payroll deductions and one time donations. Through the generosity of our loyal contributors we are able to fund programs for the community that focus on income, education and health.
We have selected 8 agencies in the county to receive funding for the current campaign year: ARC Manor (Addiction Recovery Center), Community Action Food Bank, Crooked Creek Environmental Learning Center, Lifesteps, Mechling-Shakley Veterans Center, Richard G. Snyder YMCA, The Salvation Army, and The Salvation Army Service Unit.
