Organic first page listings and top ranking positions are not guaranteed. No reputable SEO company can legitimately make those promises or give you that kind of guarantee. Read this statement from Google,(taken directly from Google’s Webmaster Tools Help):

Note regarding newly purchased or previously unused domain names:
If you are using a new domain name, or one that has been registered for a while, but has never had a website installed on it, you WILL NOT rank for high-traffic keywords/keyword phrases until your site gets out of the “sandbox” phase. In fact, if you are not using an aged domain, it may take up to 2 years to rank for the best keywords.
