TRAINING AT ITS BEST - Nursing home leaders from 23 Alabama nursing homes participated in the CMS Initiative to reduce avoidable hospitalizations. The topic, person-directed living, was led by educators, Anna Ortegara and Cean Eppelheimer from PHI. Participants explored the concept of person directed living and how that impacts the work they do every day.
