This 10-pathologist, point-of-service private practice group centers its efforts in behalf of patients within the geographic spread of the Lexington County Health Services District (LCHSD) in the "Midlands" of S. C. based at Lexington Medical Center, West Columbia, S. C. 29169 "PAL" is contracted with the LCHSD and has served there as the only pathology group since the hospital opened in 1971-72. As members of the LCHSD organized Medical Staff of over 600 physicians, we follow the policies for quality assurance and proprietary concerns of the LCHSD. PAL does not favor specific physician practices or entities, attempting to provide equally appropriate services to all.
