A-1 Accounting & Tax Services has been providing service to its clients since 1989. For the past decade, we have acquired a very diversified range of experiences. Among other things, we have worked with individual income tax, corporate (S-Corps and C-Corps) taxation, partnership, limited liability companies, trusts, estates and payroll taxes. We also have extensive experience in preparing financial statements and working with non-profit organizations.
In addition, we have experience in representing clients under audit by governmental agencies - most notably the Internal Revenue Service, Employment Divisions of the State of California and Board of Equalization.
In establishing and further developing our tax practice, our intent is to combine our past experience with our advanced tax degree, together, these building blocks have given us the ability to meet the accounting and tax needs of today's individuals and small-business entrepreneurs.
