Missouri River Trucking and Excavating owner Joe Horner, JR has operated this 40 year old family owned business since 1989 when the equipment consisted of very little more than a backhoe and a dump truck. Over the past 20 years MRTE has grown into a large company with over a 100 pieces of equipment ranging from dozers to scrapers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, crushers and skidsteers. In addition to our fleet of heavy equipment, MRTE maintains a truck fleet of more than 20 semi, side dumps, belly-dumps, end-dumps and lowboys, ensuring that all material and equipment arrive at the jobsite on time.
