Lakeview Lodge

Arrowhead Lake Inn formally known as Romntique Lake View Lodge has a long history dating back to the 1920's.
The lodge which sits along the 189 main road across from the Lake Arrowhead Village was one of it's original residents before there was a village. It was owned and run by a grandmother and her grand son and started as a Bed and Breakfast.
Sometime later the Lodge was used for other purposes rental and office space for different businesses including a local newspaper shop.
In the 1980's Kurt Campbell purchased the property and restored it back to it's 1920's vintage. 1991 the property was sold on to Megan McElrath and Linda Fisher who worked on restoring the property further to traditional Victorian style.
All rooms with their names attached came with decoration to match. Art such as Thomas Lawrence's "Pinky" and Thomas Gainsborough's "Blue Boy" are the basis of the decorating.
Each room filled with Antiques and soft furnishings took one back in time in it's cozy atmosphere.
Over the years the lodge has appealed to locals, tourists and the famous. Some celebrity visitors include Rod Stewart, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell.
In 2012 the lodge was resold again and has once again has undergone extensive changes. The property which has many new additions. Balconies/Fridges/Microwaves/Coffee makers, new flat screen TV/DVD players. Large 3D DVD/TV in the common area known as the Lobby are just some of the recent changes.
Arrowhead Lake Inn offers comfort a free DVD library and self help to free continental breakfast.
