Cavalletto Law Offices

A native Californian, Andy Cavalletto of Cavalletto Law Offices was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California. In Santa Barbara, his family remains active in the farming community, with an avocado, lemon, and orange ranch, along with a working cattle ranch and vineyard in Paso Robles, CA. This background in agriculture provided Mr. Cavalletto the work ethic necessary to provide dedicated representation to each client for a wide variety of matters.

While attending undergraduate school at Washington State University, Mr. Cavalletto was active in many social clubs, often times taking the roles of president or vice president of those societies. Seeking a career that offered direct assistance to those in need, Mr. Cavalletto began working for a bankruptcy attorney in Pullman, Washington. At this firm, Mr. Cavalletto found his calling in the bankruptcy field, and pursued that career back home in Santa Barbara, California at the Santa Barbara College of Law.

Since graduating law school in 2010, and passing the California State Bar the first time, Mr. Cavalletto has remained dedicated to providing conscientious and affordable representation to his clients. He primarily focuses on personal bankruptcy, including Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings, although Mr. Cavalletto compliments his practice with small estate planning, and asset protection.
